Shipping & Returns


Orders placed with us will ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise posted. We do not ship products outside of the United States and only ship to U.S. addresses and territories to include APO/FPO addresses. All orders primarily ship within 1 to 2 business days of cleared payment. Holidays are not considered business days for the sole purpose of this statement.


We do not ship firearms or high capacity magazines to states that do not allow them. These states include but are not limited to: CA, HI, IL, IN, MA, MD, NJ, NY, and OH. Please know your state and local laws before purchasing. Orders of Firearms and high capacity magazines will be cross referenced with your state of residence before shipping.


General Merchandise 14 Day Return Policy:  Requests for return, exchanges or any other issues need to be made and approved by phone or email with a Black Flag Armament employee within 14 days of the order being shipped. We reserve the right to accept returns on a case by case basis. Used goods in ANY condition are non-refundable.

New, unused and in its original packaging: All items returned must be unopened, unwrapped and in its original packaging. Items returned otherwise will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their cost.

Firearm Returns:  Firearms are not authorized to be returned if they have left and/or have been fired while in the FFL’s possession.  You will have a three day inspection period from the time the firearm arrives to your FFL of choice to make a decision if you want to accept the fire arm or not.

Return Shipping – Shipping charges or return shipping charges are not eligible for refund and are the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fee and Refunds – All approved returns or exchanges will incur a restocking fee of 20%. Refunds will be credited back to you via the payment of our choice.  Refunds may take up to 7 to 10 days upon an approved inspection by a Black Flag Armament staff member.

Used parts are not eligible -All used or pre-owned parts sales are final. All used parts will be listed as used within their individual description and or under the item description of that item. Used parts are sold as is.

Defective Parts – Although unusual and rare, any defective or out of spec part will need to be addressed directly with the manufacturer of the product (please see warranty section under Terms and Conditions). We are happy to help get you in contact with the manufacture of the product.
